East Portland Neighbors (EPN) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides assistance to neighborhood associations in East Portland.  All East Portland Neighborhood Associations are members of EPN and may nominate a Director to the EPN Board.  East Portland Neighbors provides support in two ways: sponsoring district-wide projects, such as providing neighborhood meeting insurance, publishing the EPNAN newsletter, and leasing the EPNO facility; and being a fiscal sponsor for neighborhood association activities or grants that require a 501(c)(3) tax status.
